Our Designer bedding catagory sells out without warning as well as many of the tools and ride on toys that we sell.
If you purchase any item from our store that is sold out or on back order, we will contact you to let you know and if you do not have a replacement product, we will refund your full payment.

Since we do not stock ourselves, we are under the mercy of our suppliers. The time it takes to process then ship the items to our customers is out of our control.
We do send tracking for all orders within a few hours after it is received. Some of our suppliers do not send us the tracking info we have asked for on every item.
