Do you combine Shipping cost?
Yes we will combine shipping cost as much as possible. Many of our products come from different sources. Shipping cost can not be combined if multiple items are not from the same supplier. EX: Bedding set, and a generator. If the supplier of the item you have purchased allows multiple items to be shipping for the same cost, this willl be passed on to our customers. Please just send an email with items of interest. We will be more than glad to check into the shipping cost for you.

If I purchase from your store, will I always get my item?
MarJac Outlets uses dropshippers for all products that we sell. We do try to check inventory often and if we see an item is sold out or on back order, we will put this information at the time, into the listing. We go above and beyond to try to warn our customers of any items that we thing might be considered a high risk on selling out. Highest risk items are bedding and tools. Your best bet to lessen the chance that something sells out is to email us first to inquire about stock, or if the listing is dated, then to purchase this immediately. We can't guarantee you that the item will stay in stock even for that day. Many suppliers do not update inventory daily, or they may have a bulk order for all remaining items. There is no way for us to predict this and many suppliers do not send out sold out or updated inventory emails. Each item has to be check on individually. We do this daily, however, we are a large store and can not possibly check each and every item every day. We have many suppliers that carry some of the same products, so if you receive an email from us telling you the item is no longer available, believe me we have checked with many other suppliers before this email is sent. We do apologize if this does happen since we understand the disappointment this can cause. You can always send us an email prior to purchasing, and we will be glad to check on the inventory count for you. okiesdeals@sbcglobal.net

How do I purchase an item, if the item you have is saying it is sold out?
If our listing has a message the item has sold out, you can send us an email. Many products are restocked often. We do not have an ETA for most items, unless our supplier send this information to us. You can always send us an email or check back to see if the product was restocked. If our supplier tells us they can not get the item again, the listing will be completely removed.

How can we find out more about your company
We are listed with USCounties - Valuecom Our company is also registered with the state of Oklahoma, as Okies Deals. We are a home based business that sells exclusively on the internet. We do not stock items in our home but use various suppliers that allow us to sell their products then they will ship them directly to our customers. Many of these suppliers ship under our company name. Some do not.

HOW DO I ORDER ACCESSORIES TO GO WITH THE BEDDING SETS
Accessories can be ordered by sending us a list of the items wanted. We will then create your own personal listing. Since eCrater does not have a way for us to combine the shipping cost, this would increase the amount of shipping you would need to pay when adding other items. We can not just put the accessories out for everyone. Many would just want one item. We will need to charge shipping cost to those customers, which would cost more than if you were purchasing several items from the same supplier. If the listing does not show the accessory prices, please send us an email so we can see if these are available with our supplier. We are more than glad to combine shipping cost when purchasing from any items from the same supplier.

MarJac Outlets has always considered that if a customer is loyal to us then we need to help them as much as possible. We will be more than glad to give you a discount on any of the items that we sell when you purchase more than one at the same time. If your items are not from the same supplier, it may not be as much of a discount as we can give when they are.. We also price our items very low so there is not always a lot of room to give huge discounts. We will do our best to give you the very best possible price. Since eCrater is not set up to handle discounts and combined shipping cost. it is necessary for you to send us a list of the items you are wanting. We then can create a special listing for you. There is never any obligation to purchase an item/s when we create a listing for you.

i SEE MANY LISTINGS THAT SAY SEND US AN EMAIL. WHY DO WE NEED TO SEND YOU AN EMAIL?
Ecrater is a wonderful website that allows sellers to create their own online stores for free. The only fees that are ever involved are those that accure from using a payment source like Paypal or Google Check Out. They however do not have all the bells and whistles that some of the other online sites have. We can not combine shipping cost, or give multiple items discounts on eCrater. This has to be done manually. We will need to create a new listing for you with all the items you want. Items from the same supplier, Ex. Bedding, can be grouped together and shipping can be combined. This is not saying that everything you want will be shipped for just one charge. All shipping is calculated by weight. We must figure this into the shipping cost when you are adding extra items. We will do our best to keep the shipping cost as low as possible. Please just remember we have to charge the shipping charges our suppliers tell us to charge. When you send us a list of the items you are purchasing, we can then figure any discounts on price or shipping that you may be entitled to receiving. We will always tried to be more than fair to our loyal customers.
