We try very hard to tell you about everything you need to know about the products and our business. We feel we go beyond the normal to make sure the information you need is there for you to read. If you ever have a question you can not find, please feel free to contact us.
We started selling on the internet in 2002 using dropshippers, other merchants and wholesale companies.
We are registered dealers for many of the products that we offer in our store.
We do not stock items in our home, so pick up is not possible.
We use many different suppliers from all across the US.
All items are shipped directly from our suppiers warehouses from their state of business.
Also just because we live in Oklahoma, and you do also, does not mean you will receive your products faster than anyone else.
Many do not accept returns and only refund if the item has been damaged in shipping or has a manufacturer defect.
Please email us for any questions you may have regarding a particular product.
Some suppliers do allow returns. These DO require an RMA before sending back any product.
To find out if the item you are interested in, has a return policy please email us with the name of the item.

We do not stock items in our home but use around 200 suppliers from where we get our products .
Our largest problem using the dropshippers, is of course sold out products.
When you consider that hundreds of internet sellers use the same suppliers, this is understandable.
Many of our suppliers do not keep accurate inventory which can cause us to have a item as showing as in stock when it is actually sold out. It is very aggrivating for us also, so we do know how you feel.
For anyone that this relates to, please accept our sincere apologies.
We do check stock as often as possible, but with ovr 200 current suppliers it is a full time job and almost impossible to keep up with them all.
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS ENTIRE POLICY. IT TELLS YOU ABOUT SHIPPING COST AND SAVINGS FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS.
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL.
Personalized and custom made items DO NOT have a return policy unless these were damaged in shipping, or a mistake on our part was made. Most items, especially the heavier items like the furniture and baby cribs can not be shipped for "home inspections" to see if the colors will match, etc.
NOTE: For any returns or exchanges, please be aware that we do not refund shipping and handling cost, simply because we do not get this back either.
All return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
Almost every item we sell can not be returned without an RMA. If in doubt the product of interest needs an RMA, please send us an email.
LOST ORDERS:
If your order was lost in shipping please contact us after you feel you have given your order sufficient time to be delivered.
We will do our best to try to help you in locating your order.
Please be aware that once an order has left the suppliers, that we are not responsible from that point on. This is the responsibility of the delivery company. For any orders lost in shipping, please contact the delivery company and check with them.
We will always be more than glad to give you the name, and any other information regarding the company.
We do provide tracking for most orders.
DISCOUNTS:
If you are purchasing 2 or more items, please send us an email so we can create a personal listing for you with just the items you want..
If items are all from the same supplier, many of these suppliers will combine shipping cost. SOME WILL NOT.
We GIVE multiple order discounts if your order has more than 2 items from the SAME supplier.
Again please send us an email so we can check to see if we can offer you a discount.
SHIPPING COST IS NOT REFUNDED FOR ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS SIMPLY BECAUSE WE DO NOT GET THIS BACK EITHER.

AFG BABY FURNITURE.
AFG gives small discounts when you purchase 2 or more items. Shipping is combined, but figured by weight and size, so you may not get as much off shipping cost as you feel you should.
We do apologize for this, but this is strickly left up to AFG.
Shipping cost are high on large items but very necessary in order to get your product to you in as safe of a condition as possible.
Each AFG products does have a service charge that will need to be figured into the shipping cost.
MarJac Outlets prices the furnture very low to start off with, so we really do not have a lot of room to mark items down.
We will however figure out a discount for you.
Before purchasing 2 or more AFG items, please contact us and we will gladly figure any discount prices.
COMBINED SHIPPING COST
All other items.
Since we use many different suppliers, many items can not be combined in shipping cost.
This can only be done if multiple items are from the same supplier.
Shipping cost are accurate, or in some cases sllightly less, for each item when making a single item purchase.
We don't like what the delivery companies are charging for shipping at all for our larlger items, but when you purchase from a local store, shipping cost have been figured into the price of the item so you can end up paying even more than you do for items online.
SHIPPING OVERSEAS AND TO CANADA, HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO.
Note to International buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional
costs will be prior to purchase.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up
- please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or as 'gifts' - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Most of our suppliers will ship only to the lower 48 states.
We have no control over this unless you want to have the item delived to us first, then we can finish delivering the item to you.
This usually more than doubles the cost of shipping to cover shipping from the supplier and for us sending it to you.

LOWER USA SHIPPING
Question shipping cost on an item? Many items have a fixed rate shipping to be delivered anywhere in the lower USA.
Send us your zip and we will be glad to check out exact shipping prices for you.
Many of our suppliers do not notify us with an inventory count update.
We do check as many of these products daily to try to keep
the site updated. It is impossible to check each and every item being sold every day.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Paypal only at this time.
Most of our suppliers want to be paid for the merchandise through Paypal.
We tried Google check out but their system will only let us send checks to our bank. There is a lot of time lost waiting on the bank to process the checks, then transferring it to Paypal to pay for the orders.
Then we have to wait for the payment to be completed with Paypal.
This was resulting in a minimum of 1 week for orders to be placed and therefore many of the items were sold out.
We have now quit using Google Checkout for these reasons.
Google is considering deposits to be made to Paypal. Once this happens we can then will use Google Checkout again.
ABOUT OUR SUPPLIERS:
Our suppliers are companies that we have contacted and received permission to sell their items.
Once the item sells, these suppliers then will fill the orders and ship them directly to the customers.
Some provide tracking and some do NOT.
Since we use different suppliers for our products. We try very hard to put each suppliers policy for returns and exchanges in the listings.
However we are human and sometime in a rush to get the products available for your viewing, we may miss this important information or it could be that this was just not given to us by the supplier. We will be glad to check on any policy that our suppliers have once we have been notified you are requesting this
.
Many suppliers will ship to Canada, some will ship overseas. while some will ship only to the lower 48 states.
It is impossible for us to try to go thru each listing and note which ones will and will not.
Please email us with the name of the product and we will be glad to check on this info to you.
The products carry the same warranty/guarantee that the company we are using supplies to their customers.
If this information is not available in the listing, please send us an email and we will try to find out as much as possible about your questions.
THIS IS THE POLICY FOR OUR SUPPLIER OF THE NASCAR, AND TIFFANY STYLE STAINED GLASS ITEMS.
We ship out most orders in 1-2 days some out in 2-5 business days, 3-7 business days during the BUSY Christmas Season.
CUSTOM MADE AND SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS CAN TAKE WEEKS TO BE CREATED AND SHIPPED TO YOUR HOME.
We do NOT pay return shipping costs on ANY order at any time.
NASCAR jackets fall into this catagory.
We sell NASCAR jackets in a "AS IN STOCK" or "PREORDER" status. If the jackets are in stock they ship within 24-72 hours,
if they are out of stock, the order is put into backorder status and the order is shipped the moment it comes in.
You will be notified and asked if you want to wait or receive a refund. This decission would be entirely up to you.
All refunds are issued once the customer asks for a refund and it is then turnover to our supplier that sold us the item. **We have to wait until they make a refund back to us before we can make the refund back to the customer.**
IF the item has been shipped - no cancellation is possible and item must be returned with any RMA that is required.
Please contact us for any RMA's needed.
Return shipping cost is entirely up to the buyer.
