IT APPEARS THAT ALL THE NEGATIVE RATINGS WE ARE GETTING ARE FROM CUSTOMERS THAT DID NOT READ THE LISTINGS ALL THE WAY TO THE END.
WE WORK VERY HARD WITH OUR CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASES.
HOWEVER WE DO NOT FEEL IT IS FAIR TO GIVE US NEGATIVE RATINGS BECAUSE YOU ORDERED A CUSTOM MADE ITEM, DID NOT REALIZE THAT IT SAID IT WAS CUSTOM MADE IN BOTH THE TITLE AND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE LISTING, AND IT TOOK MORE THAN A FEW DAYS TO REACH YOU.
YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET A CUSTOM MADE OR SPECIAL ORDERED ITEM WITHIN JUST A FEW DAYS.
MOST CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS AND LONGER.
PLEASE GO BY THE TITLE IN THE LISTINGS. IF IS SAYS WE ARE SELLING A TABLE LAMP THEN A TABLE LAMP IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE.
JUST BECAUSE WE MENTION THAT THERE ARE MATCHING PRODUCTS LIKE A HANGING LAMP, AND A FLOOR LAMP, THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE GOING TO GET ALL THREE ITEMS.

Question about shipping cost on an item?
Many items have a fixed rate shipping to be delivered anywhere in the lower USA.
Please send us your zip and we will be glad to check out shipping prices for you on any product of interest..
ECrater does not have a way for us to combine shipping cost, so if you are purchasing 2 of the same items, you will not need to pay double shipping.
If you will email us prior to placing your order, we will be glad to create a listing for you with the combined shippng.
If you don't email us and we see that you paid double shipping cost, please be watching your Paypal account for a refund.
Shipping prices are firm on our furniture and bedding. These fees are what we are charged by the manufacturer/supplier and can not be adjusted.
PER ECraters rules are that there must be something for sale on each page so if you try to purchase anything from this page, you will be sent one of our pictures by email. Please save your money.

** HOW DO I SEND YOU INFORMATION ON SIZE, COLOR, ETC that is requested?

** Do you have a size chart for the babies clothing?
We carry several brands of baby clothing so size will run a little different per brand.
By experience we have found out that the size charts for Mudd Pie baby clothing is the best one for us to use for this information.

Why is your shipping cost so high on the baby furniture?
AFG tells us to list the items with a shipping cost that will cover most of the lower 48 states. This cost may not be your actual shipping cost. We request that you please send us your zip code so we can check with AFG to get actual shipping cost.
If you live in a remote area like the mountains or desert areas your shipping cost will be higher. Most areas will be less.
MarJac Outlets does not profit from shipping cost. If you have over paid, without requesting your actual shipping cost, expect a refund. If you have purchaseed and your shipping cost is more than we have listed, then please expect a Paypal payment request for the difference.
IT THIS IS NOT EXCEPTIONALY HIGH WE MIGHT ABSORB THE DIFFERENCE.
We price our items as low as possible so there is not much room to pay for additional shipping cost. Please understand this.
